Bufab is on the lookout for a Quality Manager Strategic Accounts!

Are you ready to take the reins in ensuring the highest quality, compliance, and risk management for our strategic accounts team and Bufab companies? You will play a pivotal role in elevating customer satisfaction, meeting compliance requirements, and enhancing the overall success and reputation of our organization to fuel optimal growth.

Could be positioned at any Bufab Site globally.

Qualifications & competences

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Experience in quality management and compliance monitoring, preferably in a strategic account management context.
• Experience and understanding of the advantage of process development to improve the business including audits.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients and other stakeholders globally.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations, standards and product compliance.
• Good listener and ability to transform customer and business needs into efficient process, tools, and strategies.
