We are looking for a Process Manager Supply/Supplier Collaboration to Bufab International!

Bufab’s continuous growth and improvement places high demands on processes and systems within our operations. To meet the needs of the business and customers, constant development and enhancement of our process is required as we strive to be in the forefront of the industry.

As a Process Manager, you are responsible for supporting and developing the processes that are integrated in our system environment. Part of the mission is to find, define, and document Best Practice in the organization. You drive projects and support a network of process owners where you together will develop processes and integrated systems. Additionally, you are responsible for the strategy and architecture of relevant systems and for maintaining as well as improving them.

You work from a holistic perspective in close cooperation with process owners in our companies in Europe, North America, and Asia. You are part of a team of process Managers who work across our functions such as sales, quality, warehouse, production and sourcing. You report to Global Operations Development Director.

Preferred location is Värnamo or Gothenburg.

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Drive process development.
    • In the area of supply and supplier integration, i.e., the procurement, material planning and integration/collaboration with suppliers.
    • In this area you are responsible for maintenance, development and support for a number of systems such as ERP Jeeves, Supplier portal, Label portal, Supplier EDI, BI reports etc.
  • Provide support.
    • To companies within the Bufab Group within area of responsibility.
  • Change management.
  • Project management.
    • I.e., improvement projects of our supplier’s collaboration, supporting the implementation of new processes and systems, and participating in the implementation projects of our ERP across the group’s companies.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with a great business understanding, who wants to be part of our continued growth journey, and who, by perseverance and committed leadership, will be able to develop our supply and supplier collaboration processes & systems within the Group.

Your educational background should include degree studies together with some years of professional experience in an industrial or service business. You should have experience of working with process and systems development as well as project management.

You are familiar with concepts such as S&OP, demand and supply planning, MRP, replenishment and sourcing.

As a person you are self-motivated, business- and result-oriented while at the same time able to harmonize these qualities by also being process-oriented, careful and well-structured. You are good at understanding the big picture, and you have the pedagogical ability to break down strategic business aims into concrete goals to ensure results.

You will be working at different organizational levels in an international context, which requires very good communicative and social skills and the ability to create good relationships.

You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
