We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Analyst!

We are looking for an analytical, skilled individual to join our Team as an inventory and supplier management analyst.

The responsibilities include managing inventory items, checking day-to-day operations, and implementing inventory control protocols to mitigate scrapping for the assigned locations.

This role could be based at any Bufab site. 

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Use Supply Chain and Inventory Management techniques to develop production and flow plans ensuring high service levels at low cost.
  • Identify & implement relocation flows.
  • Forecast all flows and stocks.
  • Design optimal network location and capacity. Build optimal supply plans.
  • Gather field intelligence regarding customer ordering behavior.
  • Maintain customer forecast profiles.
  • Be an essential part of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
  • Managing and optimization tools to deliver accurate data & reporting.
  • Track outcomes of short-term planning & budget to forecast demand, depict trends and assess variances.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Identify short-, medium- and long-term opportunities for company direct cost saving and assess their potential impact.

Required Qualifications & Competence

  • Bachelor's degree, bachelor’s Science degree in an engineering discipline (preferable) or demonstrated equivalent experience in SC Planning Analysis.
  • Min. 3 years of business experience in Supply Chain Management (Production Planning / Logistics Planning / Procurement Planning / Network Optimization).
  • Advanced experience in Supply Chain Management tools.
  • Experience with S&OP and with Sales Forecasting and demand planning.
  • Computer: Master Qlik and Power BI knowledge.
  • Personal: flexible; collaborative; problem-solving; comfortable working in an international environment; strong analytical skills, strong communication skills.
